3133430 - Error when trying to deactivate a Position - Recruiting Management

When trying to deactivate a Position, system returns the following error: 

"You cannot deactivate the position because a job requisition has already been created for it."

Currently, to deactivate a Position that has a Requisition created (or more), the Requisition must be either set as Closed status or be deleted. While there is an active Requisition tied to the Position, it will not be possible to disable it.
