3133721 - Export File in Excel (xlsx) option not available in Regroup receivables/payables application

Symptom

There is no option to export data in files directly in EXCEL format (.XLSX). Is this expected?

Cause

Expected behaviour.

Resolution

The option list under "More -> List -> Save" does not include saving the list as Excel or XLSX.

The Excel download option is available in some lists which are based on ABAP List Viewer. But in the document list of application Regroup Receivables / Payables, that option is not provided. The feature of ABAP List Viewer is available via a "Download" icon directly on top of the results. The icon is not available in app Regroup Receivables / Payables.

As workaround, save the list in a file with format "Text with Tabs" that is similar to a CSV file. That can be converted into an Excel file.
