3133776 - Anonymization of comments and text area fields in applicant history

The comments are not getting anonymized in the Audit History trial of the Application.

SAP Successfactors Recruiting Management

1. Admin Center
2. Recruiting -> Job Requisition tab
3. Take any Job Req Id -> Candidates.
4. Select any candidate whose application has been anonymized. (****)
5. Take Action -> History.
6. Search “Comments”, “Screening” etc where the free text exceeds such that the “more info”  in blue link is displayed .
7. Click on “more info” > the comment is still not anonymized.

• The textarea where the user has put the comments in is not designed to include PII information and at this time, there is no code in the system to anonymize this.
• An internal story has been created, and you can give the following: RCM-103494 to your Account Representative to follow.
