3133818 - System does not start after sapcontrol -nr xx -function StartSystem command, GetProcessList returns empty.

After executing the command sapcontrol -nr xx -function StartSystem, the system does not start.

If you execute sapcontrol -nr xx -function GetProcessList, the command will return empy, like so:

GetProcessList

name, description, dispstatus, textstatus, starttime, elapsedtime, pid

The dev_sapstart trace, will have only the header and the sapstartsrv.log will show no errors.
