3133828 - Unable To Modify Communication Media In the Manage Your Solution App

You are trying to modify an existing Communication Media ID or Media Type Name in the Manage Your Solution app, but those fields are grayed out.

SAP Marketing Cloud 

1.  Open the Manage Your Solution App.
2.  Go to the setting "5. Manage Interaction Content".
3.  Select the Communication Media tab and select one communication media.

You will notice that you cannot change the fields ID or Media Type Name.

This is currently not possible in the configuration. Once the Communication Medium is created, you cannot change the ID or Media Type Name.
