Symptom

When logging onto Cloud Foundry with Identity Authentication Service (IAS) tenant as Identity Provider (either directly or proxy to a Corporate Identity Provider) the end user receives error coming at URL:

https://<CF_Subdomain>.authentication.<region>.hana.ondemand.com/saml_error

Error:

Metadata for issuer https://<IAS_tenantID>.accounts.ondemand.com wasn't found
