SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• An Onboardee (external user) becomes an employee on day one and will always have same BizX user Id. LMS system identifies it as same user before and after conversation. 
• Onboardee user id in BiZx and LMS are maintained as same so it is expected to have LMS history for completed courses by Onboardee as well.
