3133978 - New Organizational model in S/4HANA Service : Cost center determination via Service Team in confirmations

You're using the new 2021 feature "New enterprise service organizational model and service teams".

Cost center is correctly maintained in your service team.

However, confirmations cannot be completed because system returns the error KI154 "Enter activity type only in conjunction with cost center" (check note 3091556 - S/4HANA Service : error "Enter activity type only in conjunction with cost center")

If the cost center is maintained on HR employee level (PA30) the process is working fine.
