Symptom

• During replication of Internal Orders (AUFK) from a Source System to the Central Finance (CFIN) system, the following error message occurs:

• Message no. FINS_CFIN_CO_MESSAGE025: 'Cannot retrieve entry for source characteristic &1 in scenario &2'

• The error can occur during Initial Load or Real Time Replication of Orders.
