3134290 - Unauthorized error when trying to perfor group push from Okta to SAP Litmos

Symptom

The customer has an error "Failed on [date and time] : Unable to update Group Push mapping target App group Test: Error while creating user group Test: Unauthorized" when trying to activate a push group. The team appears on the search field but the error occurs when attempting to "Activate group push".
