3134334 - SQL Central DB connection is not established automatically after machine reboot

Symptom

All DB connections have been configured in SQL Central connection profile with Use on Startup sets to Yes.
But DB connections are not established automatically after machine reboot when opening SQL Central.

Notice in the screenshot below that SQL Central is disconnected from most of the databases
