3134559 - SSN field is required on E-Verify panel even though it was not provided during Onboarding Activity - Onboarding 1.0

SSN field is being required on E-Verify activity but new hire indicated no SSN in NES I9 panel (candidate choose to apply for a Social Security Number)

E-Verify activity requires the SSN number.

This is expected behavior. At this point the E-Verify activity requires that candidate has the SSN number and it must be filled (This is DHS requirement).
