3134679 - How to validate the WOTCStartDate in Advance report - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Date format locale does not work in Advance report

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Onboarding > reports
  2. Generate the Advance report
  3. Download the report and check the WOCTStartdate format
  4. The WOCTStartdate is populating in dd/mm/yyyy format

Resolution

  1. Go to Manage data
  2. Search the candidate and open the OCI
  3. Validate  the Locale for the user .
  4. If the report owner user has en-GB ( United Kingdom ) local then it must be populate as dd/mm/yyyy format .
  5. Please make a note WOCTStartdate is depends on the user locale like  en-GB date format = dd/mm/yyyy and en-US date format = mm/dd/yyyy
