3134782 - [Onboarding] Issue with deleting process definition from BPE GUI

• The Process definitions are deleted by the admin due to which the Onboarding process is landing into error

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The Engineering team has advised NOT to delete Process definitions from the BPE: Manage Process definition page. 
• This would directly impact the active onboarding candidate in all phases of the workflow.
• This delete option is risky as all the inflight candidates would directly get impacted. And there is no work around possible to bring back the state. Only cancellation of onboarding and re-initiate onboarding would be the only solution to bring back the candidate to the workflow but that also has repetitive workflow to be triggered which might be annoying for the candidate and the recruiter.
• Please make sure that the Process definition is not deleted manually as this will cause various issues in Onboarding process

The Engineering team is working on enhancing this deletion process so that the Onboarding process for the current candidates is not affected. Till them Please do not delete the Process definitions manually
