3134817 - Candidate is not able to upload a file - Onboarding 1.0

While trying to upload a file in a panel during the Onboarding, candidate is facing the error: Path is incorrect or file type is not valid (PDF, GIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, BMP, DOC, DOCX)

File type is not same as file extension. Detected as [Jpg], but file extension is [jpeg]

In this scenario the file is not righty converted.
