3134827 - Print preview is available for unreleased POs in WEBGUI apps

Symptom

In back-end transactions (e.g. ME22N, ME23N, ME29N), print preview is not possible for unreleased POs. However, this is allowed in WEBGUI applications (e.g. Display Purchase Order - Advanced app).
