Symptom
When trying to update the field "Post Job in Language(s)" (jobPostLanguage), the Update button is not working and the pop-up window to display the enabled languages are not coming up.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Log into the instance
- Go to Recruiting
- Open the Job Requisition
- Search for the field Post Job in Language(s)
- Click on the Update button
- See that nothing happens
Cause
Supported Languages section is missing from Job Requisition Template.
Resolution
The languages available in the defaultLanguage and the jobPostLanguage fields are picked from the Supported Languages section in the Job Requisition Template. In order to fix the issue, the section must be configured in the template.
This change can be done through Manage Templates, and the instructions on how to do it are described in this page: 2760748 - How to Add Languages to Post Job in Languages - Recruiting Management.
