3134855 - Clicking on "Update" button in Post Job in Language(s) is not displaying the languages available - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When trying to update the field "Post Job in Language(s)" (jobPostLanguage), the Update button is not working and the pop-up window to display the enabled languages are not coming up.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into the instance
  2. Go to Recruiting
  3. Open the Job Requisition
  4. Search for the field Post Job in Language(s)
  5. Click on the Update button
  6. See that nothing happens

Cause

Supported Languages section is missing from Job Requisition Template.

Resolution

The languages available in the defaultLanguage and the jobPostLanguage fields are picked from the Supported Languages section in the Job Requisition Template. In order to fix the issue, the section must be configured in the template.
