3135051 - Web Assistant issue on extending (adding) or editing - missing plus + icon on menu

Symptom

  • For Web Assistant, the adding feature appears to be disabled
  • The + plus symbol or icon appears to be not available or disabled on the top right side of the screen
  • Error shown on the Browser Console:
