Symptom

To-Do tasks upgrade on Upgrade Center keep showing "In Progress" status for a long time

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center;
  2. Navigate to Upgrade Center;
  3. Click on View Recently Completed Upgrades link;
  4. See that To-Do tasks upgrade keep showing "In Progress" status.

Cause

Jobs for some categories were scheduled to migrate all the data as part of Upgrade Center action but one or more of them has failed due to infrastructure issues.

Resolution

Open a new ticket to component LOD-SF-PLT-LHOM for SAP Support investigation.
