To-Do tasks upgrade on Upgrade Center keep showing "In Progress" status for a long time

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Center;
- Navigate to Upgrade Center;
- Click on View Recently Completed Upgrades link;
- See that To-Do tasks upgrade keep showing "In Progress" status.
Jobs for some categories were scheduled to migrate all the data as part of Upgrade Center action but one or more of them has failed due to infrastructure issues.
Open a new support ticket in order to SAP Support raise an Engineering ticket.
