3135120 - 'Issue Details' not showing error messages in app Manage Billing Document

Symptom

In app Manage Billing Document, for billing documents which are created by job, the field Issue Details only shows below message:

"No details about the issue are available." 

However, when checking these billing documents in Schedule Billing Creation app, some errors exist.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Schedule job in app Schedule Billing Creation to create billing documents
  2.  In job log some errors show in sample billing documents which are created by the job
  3.  Open the sample in app Manage Billing Document and check errors
  4.  Field Issue Details does not contain any error and only shows "No details about the issue are available." 

Cause

Because the sample billing document are created by job in collective way, the Issue Details is currently displayed for billing documents created via the Fiori App (or at least for billing documents which are posted via the Fiori App).

Resolution

To perfect the product SAP Support suggest customer submit the feature in Customer Influence Program.

Product Manager will review and prioritize all the features.
