3135184 - A planned order cannot be changed, deleted or converted to production order

There are planned orders in the system for which you can't execute actions such as: delete, change or convert to production/process orders or purchase requisitions.

The following symptoms can be observed:

1. In app Change Planned Order, the conversion indicator of the planned order is not ticked and you can't change or delete the planned order.
2. Error message CO041 'Planned order ****** is not to be converted' is triggered during the order conversion using app Converting Planned Order - to Production Order.
3. In app Monitor Stock / Requirements List, when click into the planned order, the buttons to convert the planned order are missing.
