3135215 - [Onboarding] Future Manager New Hire Data Review not Visible

Symptom

The future manager is not able to view the New Internal hire's data while performing the New Hire data review task. The future manager is able to see the task under to-do ribbon and can click on start, but when the review page opens, no data is visible.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Proxy as user Future Manager
  2. Navigate to the to do items> New Recruit Data Review
  3. You can see the tasks > click "Start" against Internal Hire
  4. No data is displayed.

Cause

Missing Permission 'ONB2ProcessResponsible'.

Resolution

Please provide the permission "ONB2ProcessResponsible" to the Future Manager role.
