When changing the Job Application status via SFAPI, the Status Email Notification for the Referral is not triggered, while the Status Email Notification for the Candidate is triggering as expected.

This is a product limitation when using SFAPI.

The product was not designed to support Email Status Notifications to the referral and as part of the Road Map, SFAPI will be deprecated, hence OData API should be used instead.
