Symptom

When using the SAP Invoice Management by Open Text integration with the Ariba Network through Ariba CIG, the following issues might appear

  • Poor performance of data selection
  • No updates are being sent after implementation of SAP Note 2955106
  • No updates are sent due to incorrect vendor number conversion, depending on the Ariba CIG parameter setting ENABLE_EXTFORMAT_SUPPLIER_ONLY
  • Too many unwanted status updates are sent into Ariba Network
