Symptom
Post the successful initiation of background check how reinitiate the background check after correcting the data in the vendor side?
User has initiated background check from recruiting module and the request is submitted from SF to the vendor.The System prompted background initiated successfully. However, due to the user information submitted does not match, it failed to trigger the background check result.Data issue in SF is fixed and want to initiate the background check from SF again.

Resolution
If the Background check is initiated successfully , it cannot be reinitiated.
Workaround :
Ask the candidate to withdraw the application and ask them to reapply.
