3135660 - The picking status and quantity are not updated with scope Item 1ZQ senarios

You are implementing third party WMS system with scope item 1ZQ and set item category as "Picking Relevant". But the outbound delivery status and quantity are not updated after you have done with picking at third party WMS system and send the message back to S/4 HANA Cloud system with SOAP API.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Create outbound delivery at S/4 HANA Cloud system
2. Distribute the delivery to third party WMS system
3. Complete the picking and send the message back to S/4 HANA Cloud system
4. The delivery picking status remain as "A" not started

This is by designed.

Once the delivery is distributed to third party WMS system, the third party WMS system will take the charge of performing the picking.

So the warehouse will overrule the relevance of picking at item category customizing.

If the picking is not done in S/4 HANA Cloud System, no picking status or quantity will be taken into consideration when sending message back to S/4 HANA Cloud System.

You can consider setting the item category picking as not relevant since the customizing is not working for this scenarios.
