3135826 - Candidates not visible under the processes (Work Queue) - Onboarding 1.0

The candidates from a process (custom process) are not visible in the Onboarding Work Queue.

The key WQ.Monitoring.DisableHRCorpStructure in Super Admin has value "True".

In this case, when the key WQ.Monitoring.DisableHRCorpStructure in Super Admin has value "True", only the Named User for candidate will be able to see the activities.

For example: Hiring Manager "A" can see "Offboarding BR" because he/she is the Hiring Manager for the candidate on process "Offboarding BR". The others Hiring Manager will not be able to see this activity.

If WQ.Monitoring.DisableHRCorpStructure in Super Admin has value "False" all Hiring Managers can see all the activities.
