3135867 - Pacemaker cluster monitor operation returns "timed out"

Symptom

The SAP system has one ore more instances in a cluster (high availability) environment (i.e., the ASCS, SCS, SAP HANA database, ...).

The cluster monitor operation reports a timeout, which can be seen at the "/var/log/messages" file. For example:

   [timestamp] [hostname] crmd[PID]:    error: Result of monitor operation for rsc_sap_[SID]_[instance] on hostname: Timed Out
