3135924 - Cancelled Candidate Remains on Position Org Chart - Onboarding

• Onboarding was cancelled for the candidate but he/she remains on the Position Org Chart
• If onboarding was cancelled (i.e., no show), we would expect that candidate would be removed from the position

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Cancel Onboarding for a candidate
2. Review position org chart
3. The candidate is still remains on the Position Org Chart

In "Position Management Settings" the value of "set or reset 'to be Hired' Status if position 'FTE' is changed" is set as "No". Due to this the position is not released for the candidate even after cancel Onboarding

Please set the the value of "set or reset 'to be Hired' Status if position 'FTE' is changed" to Yes from the Position Management Settings
