3136002 - OnPrem customers: Pay statement/Mashups cannot be opened on Employee Central

You have configured Pay Statement or any mashup application on Employee Central. However, you could get any of the following behaviors:

• Blank page is opened
• 503 Service not available
• 400 Session not found
• Logon popup is displayed to access to the backend system
• Splunk error message "Unauthorized assertion consumer service"
• The requested operation is not available
• Issues due to unterminated backend sessions, like opening pay statement with a different user
• "A request for server & was sent to server"
