3136019 - MSR_INSPWH: option "Delivery items waiting for inspection" vs "Inspected delivery items waiting for logical follow-up"

Symptom

You use MSR_INSPWH and you select the "Delivery items waiting for inspection" option to list all the material inspections, that are waiting for inspection.
So you chose Worklist Selection of Deliveries, and select the first entry "Delivery items waiting for inspection" => Result is an empty list.

But if you chose "Inspected delivery items waiting for logical follow-up" then a delivery is displayed.
Why that delivery not show up also for option "Delivery items waiting for inspection"?
