"An exception was raised" when creating a Purchase Order

In the App: Manage workflows for purchase order, Automatic Release of Purchase Order is with "Inactive" status but in the SSCUI 101097 - Activate Flexible Workflow for Purchase Orders, flexible workflow is activated

When the Flexible Workflow for document type NB is activated then for Purchase Orders you must activate at least the Automatic Release of Purchase Order workflow scenario or any custom workflow that is defined.
