3136216 - dba_segments slow access

Symptom

This may happen in several situations.

First when accessing:

  • DBACockpit -> Space -> Segments -> Detailed Analysis
  • Enter the table/object name
  • Click on tab "Table + indexes"

It may also be seen during the execution of SUM in phase PREP_INIT/JOB_RSUPDTEC, but may happened in any other situation.

The dump generated:

    SQL error 1652 occurred while executing Native SQL.

What happened?
    Error 1652 has occurred on the current database connection "DEFAULT".
    Database error text: ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 
    in tablespace PSAPTEMP
    Triggering SQL statement: "FETCH NEXT "
