3136412 - Latest Homepage settings from Theme Manager are not adopted

When the Latest homepage is enabled. Theme Manager > Fine Tune >  Home Page (Latest) > settings here are not adopted on the Latest Homepage. Instead you see the default colors

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Enable the Latest Homepage
2. Create a theme for it and make changes to Fine Tune > Home Page (Latest)
3. Theme Manager -> Your new theme for the latest homepage -> fine tune -> Landing page theme > set this as a default theme
4. Save 
5. Logout and in
6. Note the changes you made to the Latest Homepage in Theme Manager are not displayed

Homepage is considered a 'Landing Page'

What you set as the landing page theme in Theme Manager will be used for the homepage

The theme selected in Landing Page > Theme Manager -> Your new theme for the latest homepage -> fine tune -> Landing page theme > needs to be set as "use this theme" or specify your theme in use

**Note** If you upload a logo or background image from theme manager and use a default theme in Landing Page, you will see the default SuccessFactors logo and background instead of your uploaded images on the homepage too.
