3136518 - URL Hyperlink does not appear properly - Solution Manager

Symptom

  • When exchanging an incident with SAP, if the incident is returned with a hyperlink embedded in a text string, it does not appear to be a link but rather appears as plain text
  • Insert/Edit Link functionality is used to add a URL to a customer response and then incident is returned to Solution Manager, but the displayed text is not a link
  • Can add http://www.<address> and Solution Manager displays it as a link
  • Edited URL appears as text instead of a link
