3136524 - Not all fields copied when using App Manage Product Master Data - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• A Product is copied in the App Manage Product Master Data but some fields are not copied and no reason / message was given to explain why
• A Product with field 'with Qty Structure' maintained on the Costing 1 view is not copied when using the App Manage Product Master Data
• A Product with field 'Material Origin' maintained on the Costing 1 view is not copied when using the App Manage Product Master Data

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Open App Manage Product Master Data
2. Search for Product that will be used as reference ( that has the field 'with Qty Structure' maintained for example )
3. Select Product and press button "Copy"
4. In the popup "Select Organization Data to Copy" press ok
5. In the popup "Create Master Data Record", input the new Material number and Description
6. Press Save
7. View new material created in App Display Material 
8. Fields such as 'with Qty Structure' not maintained

The Fiori App Manage Product Master Data doesn't contain all fields present in App Create material (MM01) / Change material (MM02) and Display Material (MM03).

The copy functionality in the app is specific to the fields supported in it.

If the field is not available in the App Manage Product Master Data, it will not be considered during copy scenario.

As the field 'with Qty Structure' and 'Material Origin' is not available in the App Manage Product Master Data, it will not be copied.

It is suggested to use the App Create Material(MM01) to copy the material.
