Symptom

al_engine command fails with <xxxxx> failed: <[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SSL Security error  [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen (SECCreateCredentials() Notify Customer Support.>. Use theODBCDriverSelector (Windows) or DSConnectionManager.sh (UNIX) utility in LINK_DIR/bin to configure the correct version of the driver. If the problem still exists after selecting the correct version of the driver, notify Customer Support. 

When trying to run al_engine from command line using a Sql authentication user for MSSQL DB's
