3136561 - "You do not have authorization to change the data" when configuring "Active Workflow for Business Objects" step

When attempting to configure the "Active Workflow for Business Objects" step under General Settings for Marketing in the Manage Your Solution app the following message is displayed:

• Information
• You do not have authorization to change the data
• (only display)

• SAP S/4HANA Marketing Cloud 
• Manage Your Solution app

The business role assigned to the user with authorization for catalog Marketing - Business Configuration and Setup (SAP_CEC_BC_MKT_BCS_PC) has the "Write Access" value set to "No Access"

• Update the business role to change "Write Access" to a value of "Unrestricted".
• Alternatively, unassign the role and assign a new role with write access for this catalog
