3136599 - Unable to delete user from position in Onboarding

Onboarding has been canceled for a candidate, however in position chart it is showing that candidate still assigned to the position hence there is no possible to hire another candidate to same position.

In "Position Management Settings" the value of "set or reset 'to be Hired' Status if position 'FTE' is changed" is set as "No". This is causing not releasing Position Org Chart for the candidate. This value need to be set as "Yes" in terms of changing the Position Org Chart, when employee status change.

• Please update the value of "set or reset 'to be Hired' Status if position 'FTE' is changed" from No to Yes under Position Management Settings > General
