You are creating a new solution order and adding a sales item at the item level, once you press Enter an error message is displayed:

Ship-To Party/ServiceRecipient & has a sales area dependent order block (&)

1. Go to Manage Solution order app

2. Create a new solution order:

Enter the respective customer:

Enter the respective Sales Item, for example:

Message is displayed: Ship-To Party/ServiceRecipient & has a sales area dependent order block (&)

Sales Block is set for the respective customer master data at Maintain Business Partner app:

 

This is the standard system behavior.

Solution orders are a collective document where each item contains follow-up document.

When a sales item is added to the solution order, the system will generate a follow-up sales order and this is not possible when, for example, the respective customer has a sales block set.
