3136729 - SCORM is not getting launched, downloads automatically instead

After importing a SCORM file into LMS successfully and then try to launch the SCORM file as part of a item the zip file downloads automatically rather than launching.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

• The SCORM zip file has been incorrectly uploaded to the LMS
• The zip file containing the content files has been placed in a folder and zipped up a second time

The SCORM zip file should just contain the Content files and not a folder of the file or another zip file containing the files within the zip file.

Correctly zip the content files up and re-upload the zip file to the LMS system.
