When opening a report using the Excel Add-In, you cannot expand and collapse all hierarchies. You can just expand and collapse hierarchies by 8 levels, but the report should display more.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Business Analytics work center.
- Go to Design Reports work center view.
- Search and open any report.
- You can see it has 10 levels of hierarchy to be expanded or collapsed.
- Go to Microsoft Excel.
- Go to Excel Add-In tab.
- Insert the report.
- You can just expand and collapse hierarchies by 8 levels.
The analytical Excel Plug-In reuses the existing grouping functionality of the Microsoft Excel. As the Microsoft Excel only supports 8 levels of hierarchy, the Excel Add-In also supports only 8 levels.
If you need to use collapse and expand options for more than 8 levels, we recommend you to access the report directly within your system. When using Excel Add-In, it will just allow you to collapse and expand by 8 levels of hierarchy.
