3136885 - How To Activate Dynamic Visit Planning (DVP) in SAP Sales Cloud

Activation request: Dynamic Visit Planning

SAP Cloud for Customer

A separate license (SAP Sales and Service Core, Visit Pl.) is required to add Dynamic Visit Planning to a project.

Please follow the below steps to enable the DVP Add-On in the system:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Edit Project Scope.
4. Go to the 3rd step
5. Expand the scoping element Communication and information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions
6. Scope "Integration Scenarios with Cloud Solution From SAP"
7. Go to the 4th steps Questions.
8. Expand the scoping element Communication and information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions -> Integration Scenarios with Cloud Solution From SAP.
9. Check the scoping question "Do you want to use dynamic planning for Visit and Activity Management?"
   
10. Click Next and then Finish

Note: If required license (SAP Sales and Service Core, Visit Pl.) has not been purchased then system will throw an error message while finishing the project.

Currently unable to finalize these scope changes; some of your decisions would cause inconsistencies in your fine-tuning settings or the productive data.

If error messages are displayed, resolve them before you proceed." 

If this occurs, please contact the Sales Executive to understand how to get required license.
