Symptom

Activation request: Dynamic Visit Planning

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer

Resolution

A separate license (SAP Sales and Service Core, Visit Pl.) is required before you can add Dynamic Visit Planning to a project.

Please follow the below steps to enable the DVP Add_On in your system:

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
  3. Edit Project Scope.
  4. Go to the 3rd step
  5. Expand the scoping element Communication and information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions
  6. Scope "Integration Scenarios with Cloud Solution From SAP"
  7. Go to the 4th steps Questions.
  8. Expand the scoping element Communication and information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions -> Integration Scenarios with Cloud Solution From SAP.
  9. Check the scoping question "Do you want to use dynamic planning for Visit and Activity Management?"

  10. Click Next and then Finish

Note:- If required license (SAP Sales and Service Core, Visit Pl.) has not been purchased then system will throw an error message while finishing the project.
