3137070 - 'Stock Level' showing empty from Products in Backoffice after upgrading to 2011.14 and 2011.15

When login to backoffice and then go to any product ->  STOCK -> FIND STOCK LEVELS FOR PRODUCT, customer is not able to see stock level with all the products like shown below:

There should be below error found in log :
