3137177 - MSR_INSPWH takes target storage location from inspection lot instead of view MSR_V_TVKOL customizing?

Symptom

You are using MSR_INSPWH and you are entering field "Storage Location for Transfer to Specified Stock" field, but you recognize that system takes target storage location from inspection lot and doesn’t consider settings in MSR_V_TVKOL “Specify Storage Locations for Follow-Up Activities”( field MSR_SPECIFIED) - why?
