3137218 - Check Tool Error: Custom fields in development objective templates are reportable. DevelopmentObjectiveTemplateReportableCustomFields

Symptom

When running the checks for Development application in Admin Center > Check Tool, issue(s) for the check "DevelopmentObjectiveTemplateReportableCustomFields" are found.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

Cause

The development plan template does not have any custom fields specified as reportable. 

Resolution

Only reportable custom fields can be included in table reports on development objectives. Note: It is expected behavior to return this error for Development Plan templates containing only Standard fields.

As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage a Certified Partner to assist with this configuration.

  1. Log in to Provisioning
  2. Select the company ID
  3. Under Managing Plan Template, select Import/Update/Export Development Plan Templates
  4. Locate the development plan template and select the icon under the Export column
  5. Locate the custom fields and add the reportable attribute
  6. Load the updated XML file into Provisioning
