3137252 - Employee Referral Program email notification not working in Disqualified statuses

Employee Referral Program is configured in the systeem, and the email notification is configured correctly in Applicant Status Configuration tool.
The email notification is not sent when the feature is tested on Disqualified Statuses, however it works fine for other statuses.

For sending Email notifications to the disqualified candidates, Delay Emails to Disqualified Candidates (in hours) has to be enabled from the Manage Recruiting Settings tool.
