3137372 - You Cannot Create a Sales Quote From an Opportunity due to an Error

You cannot create a Sales Quote from an Opportunity due to the errors:

Copying document not possible; configuration from to missing

Process type cannot be determined for type code

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the New Business work center. 
2. Select the Opportunity List view. 
3. Select any Opportunity.
4. Click on the Follow-Up button and select Sales Quote.
5. In the new Sales Quote the following error occurs:
   Copying document not possible; configuration from to missing
   Process type cannot be determined for type code

The scoping element Quotes is not included in your solution scope.

Activate the scoping element Quotes.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Select the Implementation Project view. 
3. Open your implementation Project via the Edit Project Scope button or create a New Project.
4. Navigate to the Scoping step.
5. Open the Path Sales -> New Business
6. The Scoping Element Quote needs to be activated
