3137378 - BDC issue: Error BS013 - 'System status ICCO is active (INL <lot number>)' while inspection completion via SHDB recording

A recording was created in transaction SHDB for transaction QA12 to complete inspection for an inspection lot (using button 'Complete Inspection').

However, while replaying the recording in SHDB the process fails with error:

BS013 - 'System status ICCO is active (INL <lot number>)'

Diagnosis
Object INL 10000005779 has system status ICCO (All inspections completed).  According to this status, transaction 'Close inspection - complete' is not allowed.

Procedure
You can only carry out the requested function if this is allowed according to the status of the object."
