3137470 - EWA configuration on FRUN shows message 'ERROR' and Status is 'Service data request is not picked up by <SID> yet.'

Symptom

When checking the status of the Early Watch Alert (EWA) for the managed system in Focused Run, the message 'ERROR' is shown and the status indicates 'Service data request is not picked up by <SID> yet.'
Additionally, 'Web application Apache Tomcat is showing as Not Supported' is displayed.
